Jan 18, 2015 · Hi zulu17 - This messaging is actually out of date now, the issue mentioned in the note above was resolved a while back. IPC-6024 can still occur on Internet Channels but shouldn't be apparent on Live Digital Channels.

Have you tried playing the channels with the youview box plugged directly into the Homehub with all other devices (Laptops, PC's, music streamers etc) disconnected as I have seen a weird case before where by a customer's PC was taking over the IGMP reporting from the youview box.

I have now spent probably over 6 hours googling / searching this forum , and no further forward. This should not be this difficult . This is a vanilla BT set up - BT Home hub 6 - attached to new BT Ultra HD Youview box - hardwred by ethernet - no exotic routers - no home pulgs - just BT Kit talking to BT kit (or not in this case )

Oct 28, 2013 · An update will be made available for all customers on Talk Talk with a Huawei YouView box between the 28th October and the 11th November 2013. This will be a phased roll-out managed by Talk Talk so some customers will get it sooner than others.
