Jan 26, 2017 · Zune 120 was working great and it shut down and came back up with the message "5" "contact support". What do I need to do to fix this?? I love this machine and am disappointed that it has stopped working. I got this mid-May of this year. I've bought several of the accessories for this zune and have invested a great deal of money in the who thing.

Mar 23, 2009 · My 80GB starts and shows the Zune logo but it won't load and then after a while it says "Contact Support" with a 5 circled on the top left. I have no back-up files for the stuff I have on this, and it would be so sad if it all has to be thrown away.

I open, plug my Zune in (not sure if correctly, I'm still learning how to work this), and once I get it on, it says "contact support". Aug 16, 2008 · i have the exact same problem with my 30gb (which i actually sold and am trying to fix for a friend)it charges and goes to the logo screen with no loading bar at the bottom it then blinks to the contact support screen 5 message. do you think its my ribbon cord? should i send the zune in to be fixed or just order the parts and fix it myself?(willing and able!..at the buyers expense of course) :?
