Nov 27, 2013 · I hope the fact Arctic Armor does not work with Reduced Mana support gem is just oversight and will be fixed quickly in small patch. I cant imagine a skill that drains so much mana that even the effect of Reduced Mana gem would barely make it bearable be the intended design.

do u have a source? or do u just think it is great vs big hits? i dont wanna offend u but GGG has alot of rules when it comes to dmg reduction, like big hits ignore armor but they dont ignore endurance charges. Maybe Arctic armour physical damage reduction is separate from armour phys dmg reduction.

Apr 18, 2013 · The int/dex requirements can be increased to levels that would make it hard to use with blood magic. The blood magic skill gem can be nerfed. The skill could reserve mana which would make using it with blood magic hard to do etc. Of course this applies to all skills and not just arctic armor.
