Oct 01, 2003 · I always run Ghost from it, 20x faster than a floppy. Instructions for making it were in the Ghost manual on the Norton Systemworks CD. Using it, you could probably boot from it and then go to a DOS prompt and install Windows 98. I got around this problem (installed W98SE) last week by booting with a floppy with CD Rom support.

Apr 20, 2016 · All of the NT releases (well, almost all) on the FTP only have the CD itself, but no bootdisks. So to create bootdisks from the CD, I need an MS-DOS bootdisk with CD-ROM support. Up to now I simply used the Windows 98 bootdisk for it because it conveniently provides me with CD-ROM support so I can do whatever I need.
