There's so many mac apps that I use for work, but unfortunately there's just one that have been removed support on Mac OS. That is Autodesk 3DS Max, currently exclusive on Windows 10. It's a GPU intensive application, hence bootcamp is my only bet on the 16" MBP. Upon installing bootcamp and all of it's drivers, as expected, performance is abysmal.
