Apr 02, 2012 · I agree. Only 75% of the interface bandwidth is available for QoS. The other 25% is reserved for control plane traffic. In order to use 100% of the configured interface bandwidth, you need to explicitely tell IOS you want to use it with the max-reserve-bandwidth command.

Should I hardcorde the interface with 3Mbit and then specify the priority percent? Should I use max-reserved-bandwidth and traffic-shape-rate in the config? Thanks in advance,
