Dec 02, 2009 · If you have your Vista install DVD or CDs you could boot it and select "repair my computer". From the command prompt you can get that way, you could use bootsect.exe to replace the MBR and boot sector. You could also copy bootmgr to your Windows 7 drive from the Vista media, or better yet find a copy on the Windows 7 drive if there is one.
