Mar 12, 2017 · I went back to the main list and uninstalled the one that "Unknown device" listed in the "Power" tab and then it replaced it right away with "USB Printing Support". Note: I had earlier installed the printer on LPT1 since there were no USB ports listed. I then deleted the LPT1 printer and unplugged the USB printer cable.
