Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA)'s objectives are two-fold: No more victims and No one is disposable. CoSA is a Canada-wide community-based reintegration program, based on restorative justice principles, for people who have been incarcerated for committing sexual offences and are returning to the community typically after serving their entire sentence.
