Feb 10, 2013 · In Outlook 2007 there is a new option when creating Appointments to select a Timezone. When other people receive this invite (and they are in a different timezone) the meeting shows up in the Calendar in the correct local time and when they open it up, it shows in the senders time with the senders timezone beside it (greyed out).

Sep 21, 2015 · Previously, despite WLM being set to the correct time zone for me, all alerts got sent according to Microsoft time (something like 9 hours behind). Eventually I found the solution. So simple it's infuriating. 1. Set WLM Time Zones as per normal. 2. Login to Outlook.com, go to Calendar & set the Time Zones there as well. Sorted.

Now when you view the calendar in a day planner format, you'll see two time scales displayed. You can right click on the scale and choose Time zones.. to change zones or swap them.
