Jul 07, 2016 · Arma 3 works with SLI - BUT, be warned about the PIP ((Picture-in-Picture(mirrors-screens in vehicles etc)) function will cause very bad flickering in them due to SLI for some odd reason. I've just grown used to it, unfortunately. 2) SLI in Arma 3 is all based on just having it enabled through the NVIDIA control panel.

That's a opinion. Mine is that Arma 3 is in the top 5 of games I personally enjoy. It would feel like a second Christmas if I could squeeze like an average of 10 FPS more out of the game. Seems like the answer is SLI can't achieve that pipe dream. My only hope now is one of 3 options. 1.

Sep 22, 2013 · Not sure a SLI setup would help much until Arma 3 is better optimized. I have everything on Ultra except clouds and PiP, FSAA 4x and 100% sample. Draw distance at approx 3200. In multiplayer (on our clan server) I get 55-60 fps most of the time with an occasional drop to 40 when things heat up with Vsync ON.

There indeed is the picture-in-picture mirror flickering bugs with SLI. Kind of annoying. umm no. not even close. if your using lets say a gtx 970 or r9 390 paired with a 6600k, you will not have an improvment in this title from going from a single card …

Apr 01, 2013 · SLI works, but hinders the fps on my system. 3d settings arma 3 to use 1 card an my fps went from average of 25-30 up to 45-55. I also tried alternate frame 1 an 2 with same results as SLi. Now with 1 card I actually see 95% useage on my gpu, vs 30% on both cards.
