TLS options are checked in the SMTP properties, yes the server is being flagged by MX Toolbox as "SMTP email server does advertise support for TLS" and "Your server's response did not include "250-STARTTLS" indicating TLS support."

Dec 30, 2013 · hMailServer does not support StartTLS. When you setup service protected with SSL in hMailServer, you are setting up service protected with TLSv1. SSL client programs that you meet nowadays are TLSv1 clients. If you do happen to run older SSL client software, it can use TLSv1 service due to backwards compatibility in TLS protocol.

Dec 28, 2018 · I've read that you must enable SCHANNEL support for TLS1.2 for both host types AND I've read that it is enabled by default. When inspecting the registry on Windows Server 2016... there are no entries for TLS1.2 support for SCHANNEL. Does this mean it is NOT supported OR is it supported but without any specific registry entries to enable it?
