You can easily fill a 32 with nothing more than PS1 classics from PSN, and that's if you don't even have any other media on your PSP. But if TC's looking for storage space, the dual-32-gb-microsds plus the adapter above is a good option, and will give him 64GB in his PSP for a comparable cost to an 8 or 16 GB MS purchased at retail.

PSP does support larger cards. With 2 EVO 128GB MicroSDXC, I got about 239GB space. If your PSP already has the latest firmware and MicroSD card isn't fake, usually the reason why larger card doesn't work is some adapters don't properly support the latest Memory Stick specs. I bought the UCEC dual-slot adapter on Amazon:

I bought a sandisk 2x16gb micro sdhc card set and a duo adaptor. Not really knowing if it would work with my psp 1000. Mine is a release model, it formatted perfectly in the psp and even all my psn psone classic downloads boot perfectly. Try ebay and make sure you have the current 6.xx firmware. No hacks no changes. Its working perfectly for me.
