You can add an IMAP or POP account with the Virgin email address, using your credentials as set out in Manual email settings . There will then be two accounts using the same email address.

Jul 19, 2017 · Outlook 2016 is not working correctly. It picks up my pst folder and all my Outlook folders and content display correctly. I use imap settings from Virgin Media and none of my imap folders are displayed. When any are selected it says “cannot display the folder”.

Oct 13, 2015 · Just upgraded to windows 10 and added my virgin media email account to the mail app. All seemed to be working fine... until I force a sync or a new email arrives... once I do this all existing emails disappear and the new ones just arrived display fine.
