    I have one 400 barracuda, in the cuda GUI show the Redundancy (RAID): Drive 1 Degraded Contact Barracuda Technical Support. The local support try to reinstall the degraded hardisk for the cuda. but after that, in the 3ware (console view) we see two disk (disk 0 and disk 1) all show the degraded status.
