Aug 18, 2013 · Anybody dealt with Drobo support and how did you find it? I received a B800i on Monday, went to set it up today and the unit is completely dead. Spoke to the supplier who said they will replace it but only after going through Drobo support. Trouble is after the push 1 for phone support it just constantly rings.
