After spending a grueling 2 hours with support while they obsessed over the issue being my network, I was able to borrow my parents older MacBook running Sierra and successfully got my Dropcam Pro back online in a matter of minutes - for how long we'll see. The fact that the app wont register the QR code or the serial number is beyond aggravating.

Sep 13, 2015 · All mentions of Dropcam support have been removed if you do a search. I was able to find google cached copies of the pages but I no longer see any way to add Dropcam support whether it’s to add a new device or in the market place? What gives? I’m hoping I’m just missing something because it’s about the lowest thing Samsung could do if they removed the Dropcam support.

I own 5 Dropcam cameras placed in multiple locations. I had two cameras fail. They were replaced but the recording that I pay for became disconnected and it has taken multiple calls to correct. Even now one camera is not recording. While Dropcam was an independent company the support was excellent. Since Nest took over support is impossible.2/5(8)
