Apr 19, 2017 · I'm a little stomped on this one. It is not my AD, but one we have a trust with, the trust randomly stopped working and we called them up and found out they are having issues with their AD. When opening ADUC or anything AD related they keep getting: "The Specified Domain Either Does Not Exist or Could Not Be Contacted" on both DCs.

Two of the idiosyncrasies of LastLogonTimeStamp are that: 1) it's very loose, i.e. nowhere near real-time.
