Add a language and associated fonts. Click the Windows Start button, click Settings, and then click Time & language. Click Region & language, and then click Add a language. Click the language for the font you want to add. Any fonts associated with that language will be downloaded, and your text should display correctly.

Dec 18, 2019 · If a different language version of Windows 10 is installed but a user enables a Simplified Chinese input method, or if they have a profile associated with their Microsoft account that already includes Simplified Chinese and that profile roams onto the device, then the Simplified Chinese Supplemental Fonts feature will automatically be installed via Windows Update.

Left click on the Regional Options tab on the top of the box that appears. Keep the Standards and Formats as English (United States). Left click on the Languages tab at the top of the box. Under Supplemental Language Support, tick the box that says Install Files for Complex Scripts and Right-to-Left Languages (including Thai).
