Mar 01, 2010 · As far as contempt charges, the CPE only stated that they are "pursuing a criminal case for felony flagrant non-support." He filed for a motion to have his child support obligation reduced, and unfortunately we got a ton of snow that day. The case was then rescheduled and was remanded for his failure to appear in court.
