Aug 29, 2010 · My daughters "donor" has had SEVERAL flagrant non support charges. He will be locked up, then let back out (in my case) the longest he did on any of them here was about 6 months (if that). The first flagrant charge, I remember, he went to court after being arrested, he had to sign some bullshit that said HE WILL stay current and pay arrears.

Mar 01, 2010 · Re: Flagrant Non-Support All the information I know regarding the case (from CPE) is that "criminal charges have been pressed" and the case is "awaiting motion approval for criminal proceedings". As far as contempt charges, the CPE only stated that they are "pursuing a criminal case for felony flagrant non-support."
