Aug 10, 2008 · Sadly I don't think there is any use of the CUDA or PhysX either incorporated or planned for FSX. I seem to remember a Phil Taylor blog about this a while ago. Shame for both parties though, because I'm sure FSX would be a killer app for PhysX and have a major impact on sales.

As I understand the PhysX cards, the game has to be written to take advantage of it. So no.
