Sep 11, 2012 · This is expected. When I try to edit my account info in GFWL(live.xbox.com) I get sent to a "Help us protect your account" page where an e-mail account that I do not own is displayed. In other words, Microsoft is trying to verify my account using the wrong e-mail address.
