Feb 11, 2011 · Don't quote me on this but believe they added AHCI support to the ICH10 OR ICH10R in V8, I think you might need to get a real RAID controller in order to do RAID.

I visit the Intel Drivers & Software website, the latest Rapid Storage Technology RAID Driver version is 14.8.0.1042, even though I don’t see Windows 10 in the support OS list, but as you said, this version is compatible with Windows 10.
