Aug 22, 2012 · I tried that already, and GarageBand doesn't drag files like that, straight from the Software Instrument creation window. I can save the .cst file, but it doesn't show up with all the other .cst files in the folder that supposedly has all the presets. \~\Library\Application Support\GarageBand\Instrument Library\Track Settings\Software\

Apr 18, 2018 · btw, the largest files that you are looking for might not be in the Audio folder, but will be in the Applications Support folder, where you should see a GarageBand folder. Open the /Library folder, then select Show View Options from the View menu, and turn on "Calculate All Sizes", then click on the header to sort by file size.

Mar 18, 2006 · I have two folder in /Library/Application Support/ that I think I might be able to get rid of. They are GarageBand and iMove. When I had iLife '05 installed, these folders were needed because they stored the Instrument Library and Templates for GarageBand, and the Themes (I think) for iMovie.
