If you don't see it there, go to Start / Computer / C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and find iexplore.exe and right click on it and click Send To and click Desktop (create shortcut) so you'll be able to access it from there later and then double-click on the iexplore.exe icon to open Internet explorer.
