Aug 25, 2014 · I am running Linux Mint 17 Xfce 64bit. I use Vertex VW110L USB CDMA modem for connecting to the Internet. The modem is correctly recognized and it is easy to set up and establish the connection with the connection manager. The problem is that it always disconnects 50 minutes after connecting. dmesg says nothing on it.
