Oct 26, 2018 · No it didn't help. I have removed the device and reinstalled it a bunch with no luck. It pops up as an unspecified device in Devices and Printers and still has the USB Printing Support driver problem. I just don't know what to do anymore. I don't know why sometimes turning the engraver on and off a bunch until it works, actually works.

Apr 10, 2017 · First disconnect the USB cord for the printer from the computer, then expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers field and find any USB Printing Support entries that are greyed out. If this is the only printer, this should be easy. Right click on the one that is greyed out and click Uninstall Device, then click uninstall.
