Jul 02, 2012 · Norcold Tech Support was useless, instructing me to take it to a service center. There being one 10 miles away, I went (on Tues 6/19), and the reefer worked fine when I arrived. It continued to work fine until today, when the coach batteries ran low and shut the 12VDC off. Since then it's thrown the LIoP code, and will not reset.

Aug 06, 2010 · Called tech support at Norcold and they say it is probably in "lock out" mode. Has anyone experienced this issue. When originally turned on it was not perfectly level, however, was within the tolerances stated in the manual. It is now perfectly level and still does not work. Norcold says a technician is the only one that can fix.

Sep 06, 2004 · First, get all your details and call tech support at Norcold. I sincerely doubt you will have to remove and burp your fridge. My best guess is that if it is freezing in freezer compartment, then the thermistor is a strong possibility.
