Nov 10, 2012 · so I went and bought another computer, with Windows 8 OS. when I tried to install Overdrive media console, from the library site, I keep getting a message that WMA format is not supported or something. when I clicked on Windows 8 at overdrive I was directed to Microsoft.

Sep 10, 2009 · On MAC OS X (Leopard), on my first download, I got this unfriendly message: "This version of OverDrive Media Console does not support media in the 'WMA audiobook' format." As most of the digital library's audio books are WMA format, I have to use my WinXP Netbook to get the job done.1/5(5)
