The PS3 used to support a proprietary variant of OpenGL called PSGL but it was never the preferred API and I'm not sure it's even supported any more. To my knowledge none of the others have any kind of official support for OpenGL although you could in theory use ANGLE on Xbox 360 and Xbox One with some slight modifications.
As long as the platform is powerful enough to emulate the PlayStation 3, probably yes. At the moment we only target Windows, Linux and BSD. macOS is not supported at the moment because it only supports up to OpenGL 4.1 and doesn't support Vulkan either. The same applies to additional features.

Unfortunately, I asked a similar question last year, and the answer was clear: neither PS4 nor Xbox One have OpenGL support. If you want to make your game works on them without using another engine, you will have to rewrite the entire rendering API (anything directly related to OpenGL or shaders) into an API supported by a console.

Dec 27, 2017 · I've tried changing between the NULL renderer and the OPENGL one. OPENGL doesn't run the game and gives me the error, however NULL does. It has no screen, just white, but the audio is there. Is there a possible way I can use DX10 like in PCSX2? Thanks in advanced for any help.

I realize this is not exactly the correct forum to ask this but… As some of you may or may not know, the Playstation 3 is going to support an embedded OpenGL (2.0?) implementation. To me (a programmer and supporter of OpenGL) I find the comming XBOX 360 (powered by Direct3D) versus Playstation 3 battle for home console dominance fascinating. Although these consoles are still in the pre-life ...
