    Sep 15, 2015 · The phone that I have with rogers pay as you go is sort of like an emergency phone. The balance expires this week and I still have over $60. So speakout is the better choice because in theory I can top-up $100 this year and maybe $25 next year. Instead of wasting money topping up $100 each year with rogers and letting my balance increase.
