Aug 20, 2010 · Problem is looks like the MKV files it produces are incompatatble with Samsung BD-C5500 Blu-ray Player DLNA/UPnP interface. From what I can see the MakeMKV uses MPEG2 for video and AC3 for audio. But these are not supported by the player Is is possible to use a different video codec with MakeMKV? Thanks, Mark

Jul 18, 2013 · hi, first post so hi to all. i have a Samsung BD-C7500 and i connect my 2tb external to the usb port to play mkv movies. the blu-ray supports alot of different audio and video formats but has problems with a few mkv files [mainly with aac audio]. most of the videos that have problems playing i would run through avi-mux and it would play fine after but a select few wont work even after i run it ...
