Feb 12, 2011 · No, Mac OS X has zero support for TRIM. Windows 7 does. Wikipedia: SSD article and TRIM. The Sandforce based controllers are currently the only devices that effectively mimic the functionality of TRIM in the SSD firmware. For that reason alone, a Sandforce drive would be my choice.

If you cannot change the status, the issue can be caused by the hardware driver, should be the SSD driver. Since the device drivers are all defined in BootCamp, I suggest you upgrade BootCamp and reinstall Windows 7.
