Mar 27, 2011 · When I run 16-bit DOS-based fullscreen programs in Windows 7, it always jump out a dialog, saying, "This systen does not support fullscreen mode. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application". The program will stop whether I choose "Close" or "Ignore". I have a lot of applications programmed by Turbo C 2.0.

Feb 01, 2009 · No, support for native DOS has been completely phased out. As you are probably already aware, the command prompt in Windows is NOT DOS, though it does function in a similar manner. To the best of my knowledge, though, there will never again be native support for DOS or DOS-based applications.
