Nov 13, 2009 · Windows 7 and EAX I've seen conflicting info about this and would like to get the facts. I've read somewhere that Windows 7 includes a software wrapper that supports EAX up to 4.0, but when I choose that setting in Civilization 4 Beyond the Sword, I get no sound.
