Sep 03, 2013 · My suggestion is to upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows 8, both fully support SSDs and optimize appropriately. If your hardware is unable to handle either of those (Windows 8 is leaner than 7) then you'll want to do a full hardware upgrade.
