Apr 29, 2011 · Sli scaling with 3 gpu's is far from impressive. But yes, sli works. Arma tends to be more heavy on the cpu than on the gpu's but gpu power is nice to have for things like smoke.

Apr 01, 2013 · SLI works, but hinders the fps on my system. 3d settings arma 3 to use 1 card an my fps went from average of 25-30 up to 45-55. I also tried alternate frame 1 an 2 with same results as SLi.

1. A single new $800 -$1200 GPU. 2, I find a reputable dealer selling a 5yr old 5TH Gen I7 running higher then 3.50ghz. 3, try SLI anyway; since a clearance strix 1070 for $455 CAD before taxes feels like a steal. I could maybe use it as a physics card or try AA SLI, since it seems the game doesn't support proper SLI.

Does this not support Crossfire ... Also i run sli gtx titans and i can honestly say dual cards are never as efficient as one card but i run one titan and get around 60 - 80fps all maxed out using default view distance of 1.6k view distance. If i increase this then i take a big hit but everyone plays at 1.6k view distance as stated previously ...
