1 review. worst customer service from their… worst customer service from their vendors. Newegg is by far the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. Mainly because of their source partners who are not reliable in any sense of the word. I was sent a certified refurbished product that failed right out of the box.I sent it back the next day.
