There is no option to change UPnP on this device, this device does support UPnP functionality however. You cannot clear out the UPnP without factory defaulting it though. This thread is locked.

Jul 17, 2012 · Re: 2wire 2701HG-B router, can't forward ports. Thanks for the quick reply Don. Unfortunately the router does not have UPnP, so I am stuck with trying to forward manually. No luck though and I've checked the settings many times and even restored to factory defaults and tried again.
