Apr 01, 2005 · What is the PLC world’s take on the Rockwell Software Techconnect contract? Historically I have averaged maybe 3-4 calls per year to AB tech support. Now they want me to pay big money for someone to address my PLC/Panelview/RSview problems. If I do the math I’m looking at almost $1000/phone call.
