I need to monitor traffic that pass trhough cisco routers by protocols and service. I know i can do it with Cisco Netflow, but i couldn´t figure out a way to do it on Zabbix. Is it possible to collect data from netflow or sflow into zabbix?

Is there any roadmap features to incorporate a Cisco Netflow collector/analyzer into Zabbix? That would be very very valuable if that was the case. For reference Adventnet's Manageengine Netflow Analyzer has some nice features for reference.

Mar 09, 2011 · 1- use of open source NetFlow(IPFIX) collector,if so, which one opensource. or redesign another new one ? 2- apparently for joining to Zabbix it's needed to some modification on opensource daemon so, what programming language do we use ? 3- structure if database for storing NetFlow data 4- required options for web interface that will be in php.
